New Variation: Extreme settings:1 life

I know we have a ton of variations for DK already. However, I think it would be cool to have a 1 life variation. Very intensity

What do you guys think?

Vincent MIGHT have the first-man record with his speedrun KS, but I think I remember Hank saying something about having a game where he went over 900K on his first man (and didn't even get to the end of the game!)

I had an unverifiable 881k first life a couple of years ago, at probably 970k or so pace.

Here's an old INP that I kept from 2007 of a first life kill screen. Not sure what the score on the first man was, but it was over 850k.

Yeah I had a 979K first death at 19-1 while practicing for KO2.  It was truly the most heartbreaking game of DK I ever had.  If I had carried the remaining 2 guys to 21-5, it could have been ~1.17-8M.  https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=555577924481274

My other notable 1st mans (that I can remember):

- 900K+ first man in my 1.09M at Funspot

- at KO3 ~800K 1st man when I got hit by a wild barrel waiting for the bottom hammer.  I swear I didn't move left. 

- 1st man killscreen, but I was skipping all barrel hammers, so it was <900K.

Other player's notable first men:

- I think Jeff Wolfe also broke 900K on his first man in one of the DK Open's.

- Mark Kiehl 881K 

- Ben Falls 860K (intentional death on 21-5)
