This list was created in a hurry, so I'm probably overlooking quite a few.

AC/DC dirty deeds was always my favorite intro. (Not ready to poll my head for a top 12.)

If you like Voodoo Child, I did a youtube recording of it a few months ago on guitar, but didnt really nail the wah-wah-intro. Jimi Hendrix's Voodoo Chile Stevie Ray Vaughn cover

Sounds great, Dave!  I have no musical talent whatsoever, but I know what I like.
