What happened to Roy Schildt?

About a few months ago there was a rumor that Roy had died.  Nowhere was there an obituary though.  But with all this Billy Mitchell controversy you'd think he'd pop his head in, and say, "I told you so!"
Not a peep from Roy.  Very unusual for someone of his personality.

Allen claims he communicated with Roy, and that he "was okay". I seem to recall Allen saying that he got an email from Roy, but that could be wrong. Might want to ask Allen, maybe he will give you a direct answer.
