I skimmed and saw some great stuff. I'm definitely going to refer back to these as my cab has a lot of restoration work that needs to happen very soon. Thanks for posting!

Nice.   Looks like there's a lot of handy information in there.  I'll be going through those too as I have a Mario Bros cabinet that I'm aiming to convert into a DK cab this year.

I'm in the market for a Mario Bros. perhaps I can trade you some DK stuff for your Mario bros stuff? I'm looking for a control panel and PCB, also would love a bezel and marquee.

It's pretty terrible - some previous owner did bad things to it.  The bezel had all the artwork on it spray painted black (!!whyyy?!!).  Same with the control panel.  No PCB either, it had Atari Tetris in it of all things.  I bought it for the cabinet, which is itself in okay shape (and thankfully still orange.)

You may be able to use citra-strip to remove the black paint on the control panel.  Not sure on the bezel, though.
