You are given a salary cap of sorts to work with and each player comes up for bid.  When bidding stops on a player, the highest bidder owns the player but that cost is subtracted from their cap total.  They cannot go beyond that cap number to acquire players so there are various strategies employed.  A team with 1 or 2 top dollar players or a team with many lower to mid cost players, etc.  You could buy TIF and BBH but the rest of the team would be like 12  's   or it could be a more balanced approach.

Fuck it I'll sign up, if you need 2 more team captains, I recommend TIF and BBH if they don't mind doing it.
