OK, here are a couple I have found so far.  Five man easy Difficulty 1, and five man hardest Difficulty 4

OK, this is another one I have.  I am not too sure why I didn't send this to Corey.  Maybe I thought it was my medium settings one since they both have the same first two digits in the score.  This one is my Donkey Kong 3 Hard Marathon Settings.  So yeah, it beats the 5.9 million score.

All of these scores have been checked for correct DIPs and final scores, and they're all good. The DK3 HSLs have been updated appropriately. Interestingly, your 6.1M Diff 3 score was done a week before your 5.9M score....so the 5.9M was actually never the WR.

Hey, thanks for spending your time, and sleuthing work on my DK3 score, and scores.  Although it sucks to know my suspicions were right, I am happy the matter is resolved.  You are doing  fantastic job, and keep up the good work.

Ok. I really like this game and will start playing more seriously soon. I guess I'm good now for 3 millions with present gameplay on marathon settings but it's quite long and boring.

So I will play a 5 man game instead (TGTS)

Two q:s:
I'm using the iCade 60-1 pcb. The dips says Easy, Medium, Hard and Hardest. I guess Hard is the official dip here?

I have no way recording this. Do I have to record everything? Or is a video showing the dip before playing, final score and dip after playing enough? (mobile phone video)

I also guess that if I ever get close to George Rileys record I really must record everything so my scores in the near future isn't that important..yet..

Here is my advice for what it's worth.  Start recording, and submitting now.  That way you'll have every thing in order when you get that big score.
Also, you say, "I guess." Did you get three million or did you stopped a game half way before getting it?

Ok. I will try some games on my 60-1 and see how it goes and then start using MAME and record there.

Well, it's just a guess. First of all I rarely die before 250k and I approx. die once every third lvl after that saving me alot of lives compared to my 1.5 million game where I died once every lvl or so. Sometimes I die more often of course. The game also feels somewhat easier when the butterflies arrives. Seems to be less enemy? Am I totally wrong?

Anyway. Marathon is really long and boring. TGTS it is!

To be honest, I think going after one of my five man scores is the way to go.  There seems to be the same amount of respect, if not more than marathon.
Also, to be honest, I haven't spent as much time on the five as I have the marathon, and so they are more beatable.

Thanks for your reply George. First try was 500k but with 4 stupid (avoidable) deaths. I guess I would have done 700k something. Maybe I'm up for something here. We'll see.
