The DK3 $550 repetitive bluescreen bounty

What this bounty really brought home for me is how impressive George's record on this game actually is.

I think most folks who had played this game with some degree of seriousness recognized how insanely high of a bar George had set.  It just took some $$$ to make anyone want to play it past a 1 hr tournament timing.   

Well this is the exact reason why I was cheering for Ben to get the bounty over you.  Ben actually said several times on his broadcast that he actually liked the game.   It would have sucked if it went to someone who didn't really care for the game.

Has there ever been an evil underdog?   If no, I'll throw my hat in the ring.

My DK monitor has jailbars as well -even after a cap kit. I'll have to re-check all the caps and soldering at some point, but it does the job for now...

are those jailbars? i had thin lines just like that, i got rid of them by turning the screen voltage on the flyback down till the screen was dark, then turning up the brightness...

Well after 5 mins they go so I have put up with it really.
How do you turn that down edd please ?

theres normally two dials on the flyback labeled focus and screen, turn screen down so the screen darkens and you cant see the lines, then adjust the brightness pot to correct...worth a try anyway...
