Two years later...lol
Not much to report in the way of PBs, but significant progress has been made in the way of the home arcade:
Big props to Billy Gaines for hooking me up with the DK machine in early August. The board needed some repairs, which were done at Mike's Arcade last week. I got the board back on Monday, and got my arcade PB of 708,600
last night.
The candy cab on the left is a New Astro City that we picked up in Japan right before we moved. We bought a Klax PCB (Japan set, of course) to test it out and have something to play. I am the current house high score champion, but Katie defeated in me in our only head-to-head match to date.
I also have an Intrepid PCB (Estel mate lit) that I'll be using in the candy cab eventually. We don't really have any more room for more cabs, so I think I'm going to stick with PCB collecting for now.
I'm on the lookout for:
Moon Patrol
Tutankham
Intrepid (always more Intrepid)
Jr. Pac-Man
Donkey Kong Jr.
Donkey Kong 3
Crazy Kong
...and all the adapters necessary for those boards to work in a DK and/or JAMMA cab.
Right now the goal is 1,000,000 on DK...and then more points after that I reckon.
