Why would he need a lawsuit if he was innocent? Just show the evidence that proves it wasn't MAME/wasn't him playing.

Any lawsuit is an admission of guilt in this case

Not even one? Imagine having Mitchell *under oath* instead of sniping on his Twitch streams or convention panels. It would be the gift that keeps on giving. Nothing could save Mitchell from himself, not even his hot sauce.

Can't someone get this on Judge Judy?  There's someone out there who actually got the record, and was robbed of the fame b/c of KoK.  Would love to see the two of them go at it on Judge Judy.

i suspect its just talk to convince his followers how much hes winning and his detractors are losing

he knows he's guilty. he'd never go to court. if he goes to court and loses then you have the courts of the United States of America declaring he used mame. for now he can say TG did a botched investigation and people will buy it.  He cant accuse the courts of the same and he knows it
