So even if I had the money, I wouldn't go up there which is 3300 miles away for a visit with you one week later. I don't see the point.
It's a bit hard to explain until you go there. Most all of the games on the floor they bought in their year of issue, DK obviously, Crazy Climber, etc, these games have been there since they were new. There are framed flyers and posters of Space Invaders tournaments held there in the 70's, pinball tournaments from the 60's, it's just got this aura. The games might not all be working and there are lots of fancy barcades and arcades out there now that attempt to capture that feeling. But they can't. No matter how many rare games a place can cram into its new vintage arcade, no matter how many neon pacman signs they can put up, none of them can actually be an arcade that has seen 60-70 years of operation. The chills I get walking through the doors every time are worth every penny. It's a living museum. I recommend everyone who is a fan of classic gaming and the arcade era make at least one visit in their lifetime.
You can't get the feels anywhere else.
