Does that work?

I don't know how official it is, but Billy's dad called him "an original" in one of the KoK bonus interviews.  I'm not sure who verifies who is the "most original" these days, if it is tribunal or what.  You may want to start a thread and challenge Billy's dad's claim though for lack of evidence.
