Yep that's right TWO THOUSAND DOLLALRS! to beat 515k let alone the fake TG score  of 558.


Both emulator and arcade are acceptable Must be 5 man game that ends after first Dragon's Lair sequence. No more than 5 live can be used on any settings
  2K for NOT even beating the fake TG WR.
TG is a fake score keep organization ,     KoK proved that
Judd Boone, Billy Mitchell and Steve Webie should get together and go bowling instead!

Speaking of trying to beat things, didn't you say you were going for my five man Donkey Kong 3 record last year. How's that going?

Not really going for it but I progressed quite well. Got a 700k score. Played on 60-1 card.  Dont know the difficulty setting though. Thought about a Mame setup to record but suddenly got stuck at many 300-400k scores. Got bored. Sold the 60-1 card. Started playing modern games such as Bloodborne and Dark souls 3. Havent gone back since.  Maybe I will this winter.  Lame excuses but true..

The default settings for Donkey Kong 3 on MAME is easy settings. Still, it's a real good score.  Given your skill level for bullet hell games, I was definitely wondering about your progress.  Given, you had trouble, I consider it an honor that you had some trouble because a lot of the shooter games you have finished are super hard to finish.

OT discussion here but the Cave shooters you mention arent that hard really. Depends on if you play for score or survival. DK 3 isnt that hard really either but I die with sooo stupid deaths all the time. But I guess thats why its so hard as well.

Oh, DoDonpachi was a Yolympics game a year and a half ago.  I put some serious time into it during those five weeks, and the best I could do was the middle of area 5.  So I have no clue how that's easy for you.  Especially that game since it's known as an easier bullet hell game.

The Dragon's Lair challenge is the same as I've done for years but TG "best" gamers have yet to even com close.
5 man setting, "ANY" dip switch setting, any Cinematronics rom revision,any substitute LD player via conversing PCb as well as emulator is allowed



Game must only use 3 or 5 lives and end after completion of the first Dragon's Lair sequence Everything else is acceptable. Rom revisions A-F2, and disc player and emulator are allowed @k bounty on just 515k on the game let alone the bogus Twin Galaxy WR of 558k


Just think of the publicity if Silly Bitchell were to do this (LOL)


Disc player skipping according to TG officials is acceptable So if your using an original LD player feel free to bump and kick that player as it plays  for extra points. LOL =)
