Congratulations on another huge game, Robbie! On the arcade platform, the gap between 1st and 2nd (6,200 points) is now more than double the 2,700 points separating 2nd from 5th.
I haven't yet watched the entire game, but I did highlight the final 2 boards (21-5 and 21-6). The clips are accompanied by the intros to a pair of my favorite Grateful Dead songs, performed by Furthur on 04/20/2012 at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park.
Version #1: Caution (Do Not Stop On Tracks)I'm fairly confident that Phil Tudose will enjoy this one. It features a prominent bassline, delivered by his prodigiously talented namesake, Phil Lesh. Given the final death on 21-6 and the ladder's resemblance to a railroad track, the song title seems fitting.
DK 1,144,800 - Robbie Lakeman (1 of 2)Version #2: The ElevenThis composition is actually named for its unusual 11/4 time signature, but let's pretend that it describes a 1.1 million WR game. I faded the intro just before the vocals kick in, but the song lyrics end with the appropriate "What now?"
DK 1,144,800 - Robbie Lakeman (2 of 2)I plan to update both the High Score List and DK Data Library later this week.
