I have no other information.

EDIT: Don't use anything from solidfiles anymore. They didn't use to do this malware shit, but they do now.

Might be worth mentioning that the link to the Pauline pace app under "Topic: Donkey Kong Useful Links" isn't working anymore.

Thank you so much. Which versions of wolfmame are you guys using with the pace program? .107 seems to work (could not find a clean .106 - only a plus-version) but the sound is weird compared to what i am used to.

Pauline is intended to be used with 106, but since it functions based on the colors of the game it should technically work up to 116. You might need to find the audio samples that are meant to be used with the game prior to version 116 as well. All WolfMAME versions available from MARP are safe, despite the antivirus warning that might pop up.

I tried to use it on 0152 and it works partially. The deaths are not recorded which messes up the 'last board'-score.

It works perfectly on 107 - also the sound which are just "different" than the newer version. I tried getting samples for 106, copied to a samples-folder and executed dkong with the -samples switch. Did not seem to make any difference. Perhaps the sound are just different between versions?

Ah, I see. The newer versions use emulated sound instead of the pre-record samples, so there is a noticeable difference.

Same issue with me when using on 0162. Everything else seems to work fine.

Screen resolution is likely the problem. Jeff mentioned it needs to be at 9:6 or something like that if you want it to be "accurate". Otherwise it will do weird stuff and miss deaths or level changes/scores.
