A few weeks ago I came across this awesome guitar documentary called "Cracking the Code", the had a lot of cool 80's things, and made reference to some CAG. After writing the guys about their doc, they wanted to do a interview of comparison with advance DK play and how it can relate to learning guitar.

Metal Method warmup? Is this a reference to any of Doug Marks' instructional material?

Yes, that's exactly what it is. Doug Mark's Metal Method from the 80's. Got me started.

Here' s section of the documentary that intereviewed me that gets into CAG a little, starts around the 1:40 mark with Centipede reference and an awesome tune.

When I first started learning the guitar in high school I went through all of Doug Marks' Metal Method videos until I managed to hit Speed Kills. Great stuff.

That video you linked to is pretty cool!
