Hah. I know this is old but I'll give the back story to the video since I just signed up some days ago.
Both me (Greg, Scottish) and Derrick (Exisidis2, Canadian) watched King of Kong so we decided to play the game. We were not in competition with each other, it was just trying to have some fun. That video was our first 5 days with the game. It was edited together from our live stream channels (Derrick was on ustream still and I had switched to Twitch). It's actually rather tame rage for today's standard. I didn't bother to record any of the other games after this video though (I'm just lazy).
As the weeks past we both got more serious with the game and started to aim for the 200-300k mark. After like 5 months of playing off and on I officially submitted to TG with a score of 394,800 then stopped playing. Funnily enough this puts me rank 100 on your high score list. I had like 3 spring deaths so that was a potential 600-700k game down the drain. I think Derrick managed to break 300,000 around the same time I did but he never officially submitted any score.
I was going to start playing again after seeing the KO3 but realized it was Donkey Kong and my heart cannot take it anymore.
