So we are officially less than two weeks away from the tenth Kong Klash tournament! We have some big plans lined up this year, and we are finishing up some of the final touches on our machines. The week leading up to the event, our team here at The Vortex will be going through every single control panel, replacing every switch, double and triple checking functionality, and ensuring that we have our machines running as smoothly as possible.
With all of that said, there is a meet-and-greet for our competitors on Friday October 4th. This event will give our competitors and staff a chance to put a face to the name of what we hope will be our biggest turnout so far! It will also give everyone a chance to prepay at the door, so that come 10am the next morning, you guys can get some warmup games in, and not wait the extra minute or two at the front.
We are all incredibly excited for this event, and it came up on us really quickly. For the last few months we have been diligently working to procure our machines, get their monitors up and running, and prepare the trophies and some of the extra amenities that will be happening throughout the tournament.
It's hard to put into words how much support you all have shown for us, we are deeply grateful. We want to give everyone a lasting experience, hopefully one that makes you want to revisit our Natural State, and attract a new crowd as well.
