Personally I would like to see it in Banning California.  I could see it happening at Banning too.
Hollywood Florida could happen since Richie is close friends with Billy Mitchell.

KO5 will be held at ReplayFX again in 2016. Richie is in a two-year contract.

"KO4.5" will be held somewhere in California in January. As far as I know, this will be a small (fewer than 10 cabs) invite-only event.
