I've actually been curious how exactly the mystery bounties are chosen.

I was even thinking before this weekend, "they might wanna consider making that more transparent, like if they draw names or something to choose the winners, maybe do it on a live stream, otherwise someone might decide that they're just arbitrarily deciding who wins and will kick up a bunch of dust over it."

In other words after the last tourney, I kinda foresaw this! 

I think there's only one person who's actually worried about it though...

Not exactly on the point, but I just wanted to mention, while I'm at it, that I love the mystery bounties and hope they stay, simply because they encourage people to submit. Since any score can win, people submit scores that they otherwise wouldn't and we get a bigger scoreboard. Also makes the tournament exciting for those who have no chance of getting into the top 3 or one of the other bounties. They're great for the vitality of the tournament.

And simple logic asked that one not get mad at inanimate things such as bad randomness.

I agree that the rules are bullshit. John and Eric didn't do shit for the Donkey Kong community, they didn't put any effort for this hobby. They act like if they're the boss, but they're ruining the DK community. They are biased people that only think about business and never want to give anybody bounties off their pocket because they only think about themselves.

Joke aside, how can you say these things about the masterminds that created these Donkey Kong online competitions? Personally, I never participated in any DK online tournament, but it's only because I'm a lazy fat ass  , because these tournaments they puts up are fking amazing. They put a lot of time and effort and dedications and they give a lot of money coming off their own pocket just for the sake of the Donkey Kong community. THAT'S dedication.

For me, John and Eric helped the DK community with their online competition as much as Richie helped the DK community with the Kong Off's. They are the new Walter Day
