I wouldn't even say I never die on elevators.  It's pretty rare, but I'd say 99% success.

Personally, I have 96,3% success on the elevator (2.7% below Hank), but I swear to god, my % drops to like 70% on Elevator stage 4. This stage is possessed. Even Billy thinks it's possessed.
