If I remember correctly the shots fired and number of hits both roll at 65536 in which case it would be 91102 / 101774 = 89.5%

My 10m game is just under half of Jordan's score
Number of hits / shots fired is 42540/50108 = 85.2% which is close to half the amount fired with little less accuracy so seems to make sense.
