I couldn't break 400k without the codes. First try with them I got over 1m lol. Make a massive difference. Although I don't think Seahawk used them for his 4.5m...

He didn't use codes but he knew every enemy wave in  the game. I'm gonna use codes next time i try it. Got 1.1 within a  couple tries but running out of shotgun or any weapon is instant death for me. Gonna use codes to get timer up and get shotty asap after. I suggest you all do the same.

Wish my xarcade didn't take a shit.  Using my ps4 pad now. I think i could crush if i get on a joystick.

You get a ton of points shooting the ship after it "blows" up.... That is why he uses the laser im guessing its damaged based on how many points you score and that is why he uses almost nothing but the laser except the last stage or something. He also knows where all the bamboo is. Just do the shotgun strat and shoot the crap outta the ship as it blows up. Worth a good 80-100k each time. IF you aren't doing it that is a good 500k more.

Thanks for that tip, Dan.  That helped me push my PB to just under a million, and i've only played about 5 times.  I personally didn't see any difference in the laser or shotgun, as far as getting points from the ship when it's blowing up, but then again, maybe I'm just not getting far enough to a level where it actually makes a difference.  I'll try a couple more times with the laser, just for kicks.
