Scanning through, there's talk of Pac-Man. Is there evidence of BM cheating his Pac-Man scores? Or did Guiness just lump all his scores as DQed because of evidence of DK cheating?

I believe TG has a zero tolerance attitude - one score of cheating means all scores are removed even if they are legit.

Really can't see Jace or TG being that worried, their evidence package is pretty water tight - good luck to anyone trying to dispute the evidence in court.

Well, I don't see any legal standing to challenge TG's ruling itself anyway.
They could pursue a defamation action, but I'm sure any lawyer could see that it's hopeless.

Yeah good luck to him if he goes to court - not sure how "damaged" his reputation or earnings are - he is probably more well known now as a result of the cheating accusations than he ever was, and as of last month got a free trip and accommodation to Australia (prob $5k on it's own) - we could all be so lucky.

Now this I do salute - keeping your tongue flicking away up two arseholes at once is no mean feat.

This is fantastic! We finally get to see the big stack of papers and it's a big pile of nothing :) The lows of <Billy> really know no boundaries.
There was supposed to be evidence that showed that the Mame transitions weren't real but instead it's just the same old Dwayne conspiracy mixed with whinging about KoK and eye witnesses to the scores.
We waited how long for this?
