Title: Arcade repair in MA

The Donkey Kong machine I bought came in and it has a couple issues:

-Aftermarket joystick which doesn't quite work.
-Monitor collapse/fold over that looks like part of the left side of the screen is squished.
-The brightness is turned to the max, but the screen is still dull.

I really don't wanna return this cabinet as they are getting hard to find. Does anyone know of experienced repair people in the Massachusetts/New England area... that make house calls?

For that matter, is it possible to get the fold over issue fixed at all? I don't think I'll ever be able to afford another machine. And I can't play it with a full sized screen as when it was released, I don't think I'm getting my money's worth.

Please help. :(

What part of MA?  I'm by no means an arcade repair expert, but it sounds to me you need a new joystick (or just have a loose connection) and your monitor needs to be recapped (simple after you get by safety concerns).  I'm in West Bridgewater but could likely find someone close to you by reaching out in local forums.  Shoot me an email.
