Did you get it from arcadeshop.com?

They have instructions on how to install it online:
http://www.arcadeshop.com/pdf/Nintendo_Power_Supply_kit.pdf (http://www.arcadeshop.com/pdf/Nintendo_Power_Supply_kit.pdf)

Read the manual.  Do not plug the cables in backwards or something *will* go boom.

Yeah, if it's the arcade shop conversion kit, it's super simple.  Remove the original power supply, and bolt the new one in, at the same location and using the original mounting hardware.  Follow the included (or linked above) instructions.  Once installed (and you've triple checked your work), power on the cab and test voltage at any of the 74xx chips on the game board.  Best to test at chips furthest away from the edge connector.  Dial in voltage so you've got +5.0V reading on any of those chips.

Conveniently, the original Nintendo power supply will fit within the coin box, for safe keeping.   8)
