How do you press the jump button while playing?

Hand completely flat on the CP w/ pointer finger. Kind of a Defender carry-over I guess

Middle finger here too. It's not a conscious thing, in fact I was a bit surprised to find myself doing it that way.

Im middle finger! I think I do that so I can quickly flip the screen off when I get hit with a wild barrel.
