You just have to try this Kong Version

Words fail me. You guys just need to try this online version of Kong someone just linked for me on Facebook. It's utter hilarity. I've played another flash version online somewhere, and that version just sucked. This version, however, is just... I don't know... things go pretty crazy with some of the hit detection and sprites. Just play it a bit and you'll see what I mean...

Ha Ha, that was really different.
The pie factory was pretty hilarious and on the barrel board I grabed the bottom hammer and fell to the first girder and was smashing things with the hammer on the first girder!! Too weird.

Haha, and apparently Jumpman spawns from the oilcan on the barrel stage...

I just can't get past the springs, the hitbox is just too big!

These Java knockoffs should be illegal and I'm not sure why they aren't.

If you want to put DK on a website, just embed CottAGE, link it to the dkong ROM, and emulate the damn thing perfectly right in the browser!

Wow...it would be nice to able to jump a mile. I guess the only redeeming quality is the hammer smash/barrel jump counter. That's kind of cool.

Wow just crazy...

1. Finished level 1 with 4300 points on the timer! (Found a "Cheat" out i think haha)
2. Kong kills you on the pie factory if he punches you as you climb the ladder. Also the fireballs can just free fall and even climbed in mid-air.
3. The elevator was tricky because you jump so dang far. I just ran straight up the ladder and made it.
4. The rivets are a joke. The firefoxes spawn anywhere they want and the also cross the gap on rivets that have already been removed. I got down to one rivet but couldnt do it again. (Only made it here 3 times).

Thats enough for me...

I'll have more comments about this game later.  For now, I'll just say that if you can make it past the first 6 or 7 levels, the game can be marathoned fairly easily.  An extra man is awarded for every 30,000 points.  Also, the bonus timer appears to have no maximum value; it keeps incrementing by 1000 at the start of each new level.

High Score:  65,746,700  (Level 176)

If I can do it, anybody can.
