Poll: IGBY 2016 Game Nominations

Nominate up to 4 games for IGBY 2016. Initially each team was going to get 2 picks, but Wolf is probably going to change it to 3 since there will be fewer teams. We also need to have a back-up game in case duplicates are chosen by other LESSER teams.

This poll will end on June 22 and you CAN change your votes. If you want to suggest another game, post in this thread and I will update the poll....so PLEASE CHECK THIS THREAD OFTEN FOR NEW GAME CHOICES.

One thing that might be worth considering is we're very likely to be strong in previous Crap Tournament games, given the high DKF turnout in those events. Some games that come to mind worth considering:

Speed Coin
Tropical Angel
Progress
Super Rider
Streaking

We would probably be strong on any of these five games based on our current team lineup.

A few more notes:
  • VS Balloon Fight is a horrible game as opposed to its console counterpart.
  • Crazy Climber is very difficult to control with a keyboard.
  • Mike Kasper can marathon Pandora's Palace, but there are many good players of the game on other teams with it appearing in the recent Funspot tournament.

There are definite shenanigans going on in this thread. I suspect other teams are voting in this poll trying to tilt the numbers.

we have 25 on dkf team, maybe the higher ups can check the dkf accounts used in voting and strike any non team dkf votes out?

To address possible shenanigans/hijinks/tomfoolery/chicanery/zany antics I have locked voting and created a Google Form instead. I trimmed the list down, removing games with 2 or fewer votes. Even with shenanigans it's unlikely those games would become winners.

Assume that we will not be allowed to nominate Big Kong. MARP lists it as a clone of Crazy Kong, and while this would give us a huge advantage, it would probably be unethical to allow it in the tournament.

Jry mentioned something to me about another team in a similar situation. Unsure of the details.
