Should Jason Corey Brittain be permanently banned from all DKOOs?

On 12/25/2015 (during the DKOO #4), Jason Brittain submitted a score of 771k and claimed it was streamed live on twitch. However, it was later determined that Jason streamed a playback of an INP file which is against the DKOO rules. The INP file was never provided for verification purposes. Furthermore, Jason lied directly to me (Eric Tessler) and others about his submission (several times). When Jason was welcomed back into the DKOOs about a year ago, he was warned that any more screw-ups would result in serious consequences. 

Please see the following 8 attachments for the evidence of his crime (attached in the main topic and the first topic response):
- screenshot of the end of his stream showing that he played back an INP file
- a written letter from Jason's wife to myself
- 6 screenshots of conversation between Eric and Jason showing the lies and deceit

I ask the DK community for help in determining whether Jason should be permanently banned from all future DKOO events. This poll will last for 3 days.

The 940k score should remain because the HSL is a historical archive of scores, not a gauge of who we do and don't like. Once we compromise the integrity of the scoreboard, it loses a tremendous amount of value.

JCB has proven he is unfit to compete in competitions. Past transgressions include attacking a 14 year old girl for winning a mystery bounty, messaging Ethan Daniels' mother the day after Mother's Day with negative words towards Ethan, cheating in IGBY 2014 by submitting old INPs, and cheating in another DKO by pretending to be a woman and using a fake name.

I'm honestly surprised he was even given another shot after this ridiculous list of transgressions. Holy moly.

Already getting tired of seeing people cheat and then lie their asses off to try to hide the cheating. We don't need these people.
