Title: Steve Wiebe scores 1,106,200!

On June 23rd, 2020, Steve Wiebe upped his personal best by over 40k, scoring 1,106,200! This comes almost 10 years after his last PB of 1,064,500 set in August 2010. Steve posted about the score here: New PB on Donkey Kong (http://New PB on Donkey Kong) (complete with VHS humor). He also made an official TG submission (https://www.twingalaxies.com/showthread.php/218053) and posted the video (https://youtu.be/VSbj9fnKu24) on his YouTube channel.

Congrats to Steve on a great accomplishment and for taking his game to the next level after all these years. I know he's shooting for even higher scores and based on what I've seen in his streams and this PB I think we'll see him in the top 10 pretty soon!

Nice one Steve. Just shy of 10 years gave us a loooong wait for a new PB!

(And as of this thread, 6 of the 7 former arcade record holders have now posted on DKF!  8) Will we get all 7??)

Considering the situation surrounding the 7th one I would be shocked to see him post here.

Congrats Steve!  I think all Donkey Kong fans are happy you're streaming and putting up amazing scores.  Once Covid runs it's course I think there'd be a lot of interest in a h2h dual with  <Billy>. Either way, it's great to see you kicking butt at this awesome and crazy game.
