Title: Cleaning and re-setting eproms

Anyone ever in-seat, clean and re-seat eproms? I have a bit of a glitch going especially when wild barrels are thrown. It's a 4 board tkg-3 up pcb. I spoke to a local tech and he said to try this. Any input is welcome.
