Title: Anyone else not watch a DK stream until level 4-4?

OK, here is the truth.  I don't like watching a Donkey Kong stream before level 4-4.   The way I figure it, the odds are too great that this person is going to go through constant restarts because of the the wild barrels before then.  As a viewer this can get dull pretty quickly.  So if I see a top notch player on level 2 or 3 or more likely level 1, I don't give it a seconds thought, and I am out of there quickly.  Anyone else like that?

Nope, most of the time I am in streams strictly to make conversation.  Unless I am watching an already "deep game", I don't really care how far the player is into the game.

Well you can do that with the DK shoutbox.  Why waste space if you really don't care for the gameplay?

Well I am the opposite.  I like the gameplay first, and chat secondary.  I do care for the chat because I'll actually look at it, but for me it can be exciting as any sporting event.

I obviously enjoy more watching someone who's deep in a game, but I still enjoy watching early stages. Who doesn't love watching the Tudose grinding 1-1 all day, and Dean grinding to get a 145k start?  Kappa
