got a new laptop (Dell XPS 13 9550) and unfortunately, it is unplayable with Mame because of a keyboard issue. As the following video shows, some keyboard presses are not registered, which makes Mario stand frozen.

Does anyone have any suggestion how this can be solved? I've tried both Mame 106 and Mame164. Same issue. Also, "sticky buttons" option is disabled.
Thank you in advance!

Have you re-assigned the keys?
Can you plug a second keyboard in via USB?
