I apologize if there is a thread on DKF similar to this, but I thought I would share one of my many in-game failures

Only two qualifying moments have been posted thus far (by Robbie and me).  Clearly, we are the only active forum members who have suffered egregiously bad deaths.  Who could have guessed?  Kappa
