Yeah I wish I knew about this 3 months ago.  I feel like shutting down the site without archiving the videos is probably the biggest jerk move any internet company has done. 
A lot of my personal gaming history was erased by these punks.
So much history was erased by these punks, and they seem oblivious to what they have done.

Everything I had at JTV (which wasn't much) got imported over to twitch during the change. Of course, those were highlighted so maybe that had something to do with it. It's definitely a good idea to save it locally if it's really something you want to keep.

Then, there's Allen. When he first started streaming, he made a channel "muscleandfitnes" on JTV, and not only does his dormant channel still exist, but two past broadcasts are still there. They aren't even highlights.

Edit: I can't get Allen's videos to play now. Weird, they worked a month ago...nevermind
