One thing for future reference: if you decide to upload more Crazy Kong games to MARP that use WolfMAME106, make sure you upload them to "Crazy Kong Part II." The name and ROMset for the game changed in MAME 139. The game that is CURRENTLY Crazy Kong/ckong.zip is no longer the version that everyone is used to playing. It's kind of a mess now.
You can still use Crazy Kong/ckong.zip in older MAME versions, you just have make sure you upload them to the Crazy Kong Part II/ckongpt2.zip leaderboard on MARP.

Yeah it's WolfMAME 106. I'm not sure if i have the wolf file since this is the first time I've ever submitted a MAME score. I'll see if I can find it. If not, I can always restream it on Twitch.
It should be in the same folder as the inp. When you record an inp in WolfMAME 106 it will spit out two files "game.inp" and "game.wlf", with whatever you name you actually give it. So, as long as you haven't started another CK game with the same name as the last one, that wlf file should still be there.
Unfortunately, I may have lost that file. Rookie mistake on my part, but I will make sure to also save the wlf file in the future. At the moment I dont have access to any files since the computer I was using isnt working. Since I know very little about MAME, what is the point of the wlf file and why is it needed for submissions? Either way I'll restream it at some point since I'd like to upload it to YouTube.

It's not much harder, but it is harder. For one when grabbing the hammer from the side it's easier to miss the hammer. Regular Donkey Kong, you don't have that problem(as much). Some say the fireballs act in a more aggressive manner. But even if this wasn't true, the fact that the hammer is harder to get in Crazy Kong makes it harder, even if it's only slightly.... and is probably harder than Donkey Kong's rivet screen.

For this game, I got all the bottom hammers on the barrel boards, but that wasn't the problem.
I got all the way to level 17-2 on my first man, then somehow got stuck at the top of the bottom ladder, leading to the first death by jumping onto a pie. Then the second death was on the very same board because I chose a bad time to try to go up to the top ladder.
The third death was shockingly bad. On level 20 springs, I mistimed the last jump off the lift. I really need a good break from the PC to get into a decent state of mind (too much internet).
The final death was also on level 20 where a tricky rivet board finished me off.
Jry which boardsets are allowed for arcade submitting? Is it just fall on or is orca ok? Bootlegs?
