Title: Searching for arcade game - hijacked ship, 1st person(like Punch-Out), etc

Hi,

I've been searching for the name of an older arcade game that I played as a kid.

There is a hijacked merchant ship or cruise ship, and you swim aboard and start fighting people.  It's 1st person like Punch-out, and you have things like a knife, etc.

Can anyone think of the name of this?
