No reserved machines, everyone can play on any machine when it's free - 8 machines available which is unheard of in Australia.

Top 16 this year qualify I believe for the finals.

Hopefully they have a 3rd v 4th play off - that was missing last year and in every other KO AFAIK.

I'm hoping to put together a mini comp on the Friday for everyone that is in town early but I'll confirm this with Jimmy at Netherworld before making it official - gonna be a quick comp playing 1-1 only....

Qualifying for maybe an hour or two - 1-1 only, must complete the board for your score to count, highest score dictates seedings for the finals, at least 16 if not 32 people.

Finals are H2H based on seedings - you can play and use all 4 lives, but you must not complete 1-1.

We aren't done with hoping to change that. This is the "Aussie" Kong Off. I really really hope it's top 16 to keep people like myself interested :)

The first installment of the Aussie Kong Off was so great because it allowed so many people to play and qualify - this year I think there will be nearly 100 people who rock up and play - it would be such a shame if it's top 8 and only maybe 10 people have a chance at making the finals.

As in the poster - it's actually Jon (as in Jonatahan I'm guessing) Tannahill... yeah

I believe it's been fixed up, and the new poster is going to have more people on it - Ethan, Estel, Kelly (all USA) plus a few other Aussies. If I can find a proof of it I'll post it.

There is side art for the machines for this year, and they have done side art for last year which wasn't available then for anyone that wants it for their DK machine if they have the AKO1 marquee.

Attaching also a not complete, but pretty close list of players attending and their PB's.
