Netherworld is hosting a DK retrospective across the weekend of the 11th and 12th November 2017. Consoles, cabs, history, chat and fun times all based around the worlds favourite man in overalls and his life long beastly adversary.

High score Donkey Kong hit out on the Saturday with the top 8 (or more depending on numbers) playing off in head to head battles on the Sunday.

$500 first prize plus limited edition pin and t-shirts for attendees.

I reckon they only pay out to those who have submitted their tax information via USPS to the address that the establishment has been at for 13 years odd :o

I'm sure if one mentioned they had received multiple addresses to send said tax information to (and had documented proof of this), all of which were returned to sender, this place wouldn't give a smartass reply. I'm sure they also wouldn't put a player's winnings on another player's tax form, suggesting they were wrongly spent somewhere rather than paid out.

Will stream if possible, I'll be going for the Galaga WRs (marathon first if that fails then TGTS, depending on time)

Unsure what the others are doing but it should be fun all around, with the chance to put up some good scores since it will be quiet.
