Has anyone heard if there are plans for streaming this event on twitch or anywhere else? If not, will there be a place to see standings/bracket updates?

I'm assuming it will be streamed, but I haven't heard anything official.  It's probably mostly dependent on whether Ken House is coming.

I also thought of another question... How will machine selection be handled?  I'm assuming first come first serve or by rank.  Has this been discussed?

I'll call Richie when we gather up some unanswered questions.

I remember there being a Facebook photo posted a month or 2 ago of a DK machine with a 36-40" TV flipped vertically mounted next to the machine with the caption, "Kong Off 4 stream setup", or something like that.  That's the only evidence I've seen that the KO4 will be streamed.

I'm still waiting for any communication regarding the Marquee I ordered a while ago on KLOV. Paid $80. Sent a DM, an email, and a post on the forum. PayPal shows the payment was accepted, but there has been zero confirmation on the KLOV marquee sale thread.

With 1 week to go the lack of info is worrying.

Am very excited for the KO4 but whats happening?

Last time I talked to Richie about this he said it would be streamed. But I guess anything could change. At the very least some of us will be there that Wednesday and keep everyone updated.

Any chance you'll be throwing a signature onto one of the Marquees that Richie has sold?  He mentioned trying to get competitor sigs for those of us that prepurchased.

Not a big deal if you are too busy but it would add a nice touch!

I'm sure we will have time to sign the marquees. Honestly I don't even know what our schedule is so I don't want to promise anything 100%.

I just spoke to Richie.

Friday, Saturday will be tough to stream because there's a pinball tournament and they will occupy most of the bandwidth.  Sunday will be streamed as per Richie.

Machines are first come first serve.  You can bring your own control panel, but the wiring must be compatible with the DK machine.  From KO2 I learned there are 2 different sets of CP wiring.

So in other words, KO4 is a side-show until Sunday, and the majority of what people will see on the stream will be a bunch of folks running boards. The big games actually worthy of world-class play will not be broadcasted.
