It says usa/canada but doesnt give the location lol where will the norther hemi location be? And how would they think we would know, i even went to player reg page.

and how does 1 get on a hemi team? i see 4 names for usa but then it mentions qualifying for 5th spot, how did the initial 4 get there? top 4 players ranked at tg? this system is hard to follow lol <confused>

Ok got it sorted lol theres only 1 location in Aussie roger that, and they gave Mccallister a spot on the team and write up even though he's in 12th place with 400k and the other peeps are like 3-6M; thats very cool of them, ive checked out his records list on other games a few times in the past haha <gasp> Well have a good tourney gentlemen i wish you the best, i love Galaga but have yet to put my mind to it.

I saw McAllister get 3m on 5 man settings at last years Score Wars. It's going to be interesting to see how he does a year later.

No disrespect to you John if it came off that way. I have much respect for you as a gamer all around, I was just saying that Barra is that good at Galaga. I had alot of fun watching the stream, good show everyone involved. Cheers

This was definitely one of the best events I've been to. It rivaled Score Wars in pretty much every department.
For those not aware, against all odds the Southern team came away with the win.
I really enjoyed playing Galaga differently to what I'm used to from the past 15+ years of playing. Maybe this can be achieved for the DK series too?
But the best part was of course hanging out with all of the awesome people! Tanya/Pincadia were absolutely amazing. Can't speak highly enough of them. If anyone is ever in Brisbane, be sure to check it out!!
Really hope this event happens again next year. Would love to try and defend the title over in enemy territory :)
