How do I change the skin from this god-awful orange to something more pleasing to the eye?

I personally think the colors are awesome.  Having said that, go to profile.  Click on profile.  Then click on modify profile, and then go to look and layout.  After that you'll get it to where you want it.

In case the author of the first message of this discussion was referencing the design of this forum, I would say that I did not find any thing "awful" about any of its colors and would never use the word "god" in conjunction with the word "awful".

Seeing that the possibility of offence is such a big thing these days, I've crossed out the two words.

The orange forum brought back bad memories of another orange forum. I needed to find another colour.
