Oh yer, dat SF1 pneumatic setup. Pizza place near me had that setup until it got fkd. Then it was 6 button layout all day. Never saw another after that.

That picture shows the best buttons on a classic arcade game in history, but it is not the one you pointed out.
Atari's blinking red cone start buttons (also, the bases in Missile Command)... they hold a special place in my heart!!
