I officially apologize for ducking out of the House of 700K Blues early.

Aaron's name can be removed from the list.  He hasn't submitted his score to the HSL, but Aaron Rounsaville achieved 817,000 during the 2014 DK Open #2.  The game ended on Level 20-3.
