I swear I am going to yell if I see another Donkey Kong 3 thing.  For years I went without any Donkey Kong 3 on any tourney.  The six months I am a trucker every other tourney has the game. <mad>

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — A video gamer known for holding the world record for Donkey Kong has had a lawsuit claiming a cartoon stole his likeness thrown out.

New Jersey Federal District Judge Anne Thompson threw out Billy Mitchell's lawsuit against the Cartoon Network on Friday.

The lawsuit stems from a character named Garrett Bobby Ferguson on the "Regular Show." Cartoon Network says that the floating, bearded head that cheats to win an arcade game is a transformative depiction of Mitchell.

Thompson ruled that the cartoon exaggerates Mitchell's traits to make him "cartoonishly evil" and that the show is protected by the First Amendment.

Mitchell, of Hollywood, Florida, is known in the video game community for his long black hair and beard. He is known for his role in the documentary "The King of Kong."

Trust me, I told them the differences the best I could but no matter what, hard rom=difficult rom in their eyes.  Not the easiest thing to explain donkey kong in a 5 minute interview.
