Video monitor board

Hello Ive had a arcade stand up donkey kong for 15 yrs it all ways worked fine but I had it in storage for few years and when I turned it on some smoke came out at first I thought tv tube had blown but after looking inside I think it might be part of video board that has broken down now I'm awesome at arcade games but useless on computers so I've Just realized my photos are on my phone not this iPad so I post this now then log in again on my phone and upload pics

We tend to be a high scoring place.  Most of us aren't that arcade literate.
If you can't get an answer here, may I suggest KLOV?
They are more of a collector's site, and they have more knowledgeable people about arcade game repairs.

Yeah, KLOV forums will be able to help more with technical stuff, however, that looks to be one of those big, ceramic capacitors in your first picture (not sure what the proper name is).  Is that on the monitor chassis?

Go to youtube and lookup joes classic video games he is out of south Carolina has a lot  of repair vids. hope this helps!
