This list was created in a hurry, so I'm probably overlooking quite a few.

In no particular order:

AC/DC dirty deeds was always my favorite intro. (Not ready to poll my head for a top 12.)

If you like Voodoo Child, I did a youtube recording of it a few months ago on guitar, but didnt really nail the wah-wah-intro. Jimi Hendrix's Voodoo Chile Stevie Ray Vaughn cover (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S5DMKfOl1UM#)
