Twin Galaxies has countersued Billy Mitchell and Walter Day for 7 different causes of action including Breach Of Written Contract, Deceit, intentional misrepresentation, concealment, Inducing breach of contract, Intentional interference with prospective economic relationship,
Unfair competition, and wait for it....Civil RICO violation. Serious stuff. This has all officially been made public. Now it's on because of the fraud and fake scores of Donkey Kong, but sooo much more.
