Updated on the main list.

14,600 + 10,200 + 15,100 (not including 3,400 death) + 7,900 + 12,100 + 11,700 = 71,600. Just do that every level. ez.

Also, you asked me about the fastest million...I think your 18-1 @ 500 bonus is it. I'm thinking about adding that info to this board. Maybe 4 different tracks, for the quickest million on each number of lives.
