I heard this was only on certain NES carts. They're super rare. No actual video footage exists of one.  There's been reports of sightings of Bigfoot playing the cement factory NES cart though.

Amazing score!  Difficulty 4 is no joke. It feels like we're going to have another revolution in what exactly is possible with this game. We also seem to be having a great rivalry on the horizon.

I don't have any video of the score, but I've done quite a bit of research into DK history...

The audio from the scene with Derek indicates that he's not playing on a DDK board, so that rules out the 885K and 947K scores. It's either from his 985K, 999K, or 1.006M game. I think I remember hearing from an old TG thread that it actually *wasn't* from the 1.006 game like the movie implies? Can't find a source on that right now though.

Cool seeing these two world records.

My take. Since Justin Elliott was the first to submit, his score should count as a former record, even though Jason technically got his score first.
